This music group is still active, but has recently come under assault by anal-retentive Canadians who claim to own the rights to this ensemble's former name, and is threatening a lawsuit if we ever utter the words again.  As humble, law-biding, American citizens, we do not wish to trample onto a stranger's property, especially our close neighbors in the Great White North;  and besides, we don't play enough gigs a year engage in a legal battle (a whopping 2 this year!)  So, before we play again (please feel free to offer us a gig, we don't have one right now...  details below), we will search in vain to replace our group name, and make sure that we do a world-widesearch to make sure no one owns the name.  And by the way, if you are an owner of a facility that does not allow smoking, we suggest that before you post any signs that forbid this action, that you first attain permission, or else Canadian lawyers will be after you.
